Paying Moon

Prepaid credit, topped up your way.

  • Cash to a Moon agent, who records it and gives you a receipt in the app.
  • GCash “Send money” to one of the Moon team's numbers. Type the 13-digit reference number in the app and the Moon team confirms it.
  • Automatic online top-up is coming soon.
  • If credit runs low, only new paid sessions pause, and only past the limit. The WiFi never cuts off.
