From plug-in to paid, in five steps.
You run the WiFi under your own name. Customers pay you. Moon gives you the WiFi page, the app and the tools, for a small fee from prepaid credit.
Step 1: Get a WiFi stick, or an installer
Home or sari-sari store? Order the WiFi stick. It plugs into any phone charger and shares your internet with about 8 people.
Café, restaurant or boarding house? An installer sets up a router for dozens of people. You pay the installer's own fee to them.
Step 2: Link your GCash QR
Add your own GCash QR in Settings, plus your WiFi name and logo. Customers pay this QR, so the money lands with you.
When you sign up, you accept the owner terms and tick a short declaration: your internet plan and your business are your responsibility.
Step 3: Customers join and pay you
They join your WiFi and your page opens. They see how busy it is, pick a package, pay your GCash and tap “I've paid”.
They get a 3-digit code. To get online they agree to the WiFi terms, and they choose if they want offers. Nothing is pre-ticked.
Step 4: Tap Accept, or sell WiFi time for cash
The same code shows on your phone. Check it matches your GCash, tap Accept, and they are online. Only your Accept unlocks time, never a screenshot.
Paid in cash? Tap “Put someone online” and show them the 3-digit WiFi code. Requests nobody answers close after 45 minutes.
Step 5: Top up your Moon credit
Moon's 3% comes off prepaid credit, for cash sales too. Top up in one of two ways:
- Cash to a Moon agent. They record it in the app and you get a receipt.
- GCash “Send money” to one of the Moon team's numbers, then type the 13-digit reference number in the app. The Moon team confirms it.

Switch over and keep your customers.
A small place can use the WiFi stick. A bigger place can have an installer set up a router.
- No coin box to empty, jam or guard.
- Customers pay by GCash or cash. Both are counted.
- Set your own prices, like ₱5 for 30 min or ₱10 for 2 hrs.
- See every sale, who is online and when it gets busy.
